Cookie Notice

Explanation of cookies, local storage, consent choices, and how CutoutKit handles optional browser diagnostics.

This notice covers cookies and similar technologies, including local storage and session technologies used by the app and its integrations.

How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use necessary storage by default to keep the app working and to remember legal and product preferences. We do not currently run advertising cookies on the public site.

Optional browser diagnostics and replay-style telemetry should only be enabled after the user grants consent through the cookie banner or cookie settings.

Categories We Use

The app currently uses or can use the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary: session/auth cookies, checkout continuity, security controls, and the saved consent record itself.
  • Preference storage: theme or interface preferences saved for convenience.
  • Performance and diagnostics: browser-side error reporting, tracing, and replay-style support telemetry when the user allows diagnostics.

Current Technologies in This Product

The current codebase uses local storage for theme preference and cookie-consent preference, may set auth/session cookies through Supabase when login is enabled, and may use Stripe state during checkout flows.

If Sentry browser instrumentation is enabled, browser diagnostics should stay off until the user opts in. Server-side error reporting can still occur as part of service security and support operations.

Your Choices

You can choose 'Necessary only' or allow diagnostics from the banner. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer at any time.

Browser controls can also block or clear cookies and local storage, but doing so may break authentication, checkout continuity, or saved preferences.

Changes to This Notice

If we add analytics, advertising, A/B testing, or additional third-party scripts, we will update this notice before those features go live and will request consent where required.
